TCBC Funding Methodology Committee

The Funding Methodology Committee, is a subcommittee of the Trial Court Budget Commission, charged with determining the allocation methodologies used each fiscal year for contractual funding of the following elements: Civil Traffic Infraction Hearing Officers, Mediation/ Arbitration Services, Court Interpreting, Expert Witness, Court Reporting, Senior Judge Days, and Additional Compensation to County Judges. The Committee works closely with the 20 circuits to evaluate trends and individual circuit needs.
